At FX Networks, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
